
The programming for Power Hour is designed to build serious strength with intention and precision.
Centered around the three foundational powerlifting movements, the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, this class is designed to increase absolute strength and maximize power output. Each lift is given focused attention so athletes can refine technique, build confidence, and move heavier weight with control.

Our programming blends:
Higher volume training to build a strong foundation
Heavier loads to develop true strength
Moderately heavy loads to train speed and power production
The result:
Increased total-body strength
Greater force production
Improved bar control and efficiency
Measurable progress in each lift
Classes are led by former 10x All-Time World Record Holder, Coach Taylar Stallings, bringing world-class experience and proven systems directly to the platform.

At JCFit, strength is built with intention.
Power Hour meets twice a week for 75 minute sessions.
6.45pm on Thursday at the Downtown location
10.15am on Saturday at the JSQ location
Programming is provided in an app, True Coach, so if a session cannot be attended in person, the program can still be done, either during the limited open gym time at JCFit, or at another gym.
Class size is capped at 6 participants to ensure a high level of individual coaching is received by all.
