Oly Club

We have a specialized Olympic Lifting Program at JCFit called Oly Club.

The programming for Oly Club is designed to help you lift with more intention, build strong form and build real power from the ground up.
Centered around the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, these sessions focus on developing efficient, technically sound movement patterns. Through intentional complexes, targeted accessory lifts, and gradual progressions, athletes reinforce proper mechanics while building confidence under the bar.

Whether you are new to Olympic lifting or refining advanced technique, this class meets you where you are and helps you progress with purpose.
Classes are programmed and led by 2x Team USA Weightlifting athlete and USAW Coach, Taylar Stallings.
At JCFit, we do not just lift heavier. We lift better.

Oly Club meets once a week for 75 minutes. 6.15am on Thursday at the Downtown location.
Programming is provided in an app, True Coach, so if a session cannot be attended in person, the program can still be done, either during the limited open gym time at JCFit, or at another gym.
Class size is capped at 6 participants to ensure a high level of individual coaching is received by all.
